That would potentially be a type ONE diabetic, which I am. The genetic kind, normally childhood onset. I got it in my 40s. My boss got it at age 50.

Yep, you can look drunk when your sugar level goes so low, you can die. I've been taken away in an ambulance for that more than once. I'm now the "Bionic Woman" with high tech devices that beep and text people when this is about to happen.

It sucks to have this, trust me, and it was part of my downward spiral with wine [and sometimes tequila].
