Thank you. It's in the red zone. I couldn't sleep last night, but read not to take Nytol if your BP is high. I'm a bit shaky and feel kind of hyper/ heart racing. Yesterday morning I had a few panic/ anxiety attacks. I see the doc on Tuesday. I'm guessing they will put me on meds to lower the BP, but from what I gleaned here, it typically goes down on its own after a couple of weeks of not drinking [?]. I've never had high BP in my life, so it's scary.
I've only been a serious alcoholic for a few years [but got to drinking a LOT], so I hope there isn't too much organ damage. My recent blood tests came out pretty normal.
