I went to the one meeting because it did the job, now I have the whole day to myself. I splashed out on my lunch today because I told myself I could have anything I wanted, my appetite has shot up out of nowhere. I've spent a long time surviving on one meal a day, some days I'd only eat a cereal bar or two! No wonder I felt so ill. Now I'm having to stop myself from eating too much.
