Hi all,
Still doing ok. Went to a meeting earlier and it was packed. Couldn't even find a seat. It was amazing, and kind of comforting, to look around and realize how many people out there share this same awful disease. Then on the flip side, in listening to others share my AV starting saying "See, you weren't that bad, you can still drink blah blah blah" So many talked about being near death, in jail, rehabs, institutions, etc. I guess I just have to keep my telling myself that if I don't quit now all of those things could happen to me.
Family coming in a few hours. I will stay sober and wake up tomorrow feeling good and not regretful.
How is everyone else doing?
