I believe Dee is just saying that with time, sobriety will be easier and not require as much work and willpower--whatever, program (or lack of) is used.

However, that time frame is different for everyone Coco, so I wouldn't expect a drastic change to occur between day 89 and day 90. It's more of a gradual and slow process. And from my past experience, even at 90 days, while I was much happier than I was at 30 days, I still had work to do.

Personally, I'm just focusing on each day and keeping myself busy with non-drinking activities. I'm really not spending time looking too far into the future, as I feel it's not a productive use of time. I enjoy each sober day as it occurs, and so far that's been working out well for me.
