Knb02.. Thanks for the posts. Glad you are doing well. Today is day 19 for me. I have similar feeling like yourself. It gets easier everyday yet me AV screamed at me last evening. Guess it knows this time might be for real and it is upset. The evenings are starting to seem 'normal' without drinking. Yet I know thus journey is in its infancy. For myself I am going to develop better skills at handling stress rather than opening up bottles of wine. This weekend will present challenges yet I want to make this 3 weekends in a row. I have also developed a taste for dark chocolate ju-jubes. Have a good Thursday everyone.
