Today is day 7!
Don't have much time to report right now since I have stuff to do. But it's going well!
I couldn't sleep last night. Traced it back to drinking too much coffee. That was never a problem before but my recovering brain responds differently to it. So no coffee and tea for me for a while. I'm fine with water anyway.
My favorite song at the moment to dance weirdly to came up in a YouTube playlist before I started writing this and I jumped up and was very glad that no one could see me dancing.

It's part of my Wellness Toolbox. It makes me feel good. Making funny faces in the mirror also. And smiling deliberately and holding it for 5 minutes. Did you know that research has shown that smiling, even deliberately without any reason to actually smile, releases feel-good chemicals in the brain? Not sure which ones, but it feels good.
I think I'm going to add inducing laughter as well.
