Stupendous Weather on tap here through Thursday, next. Low 50s [10 C] as the high Temps in blazing Sun. That be Flannel Shirt-kinda Weather, and continued Snow melting.

In an indicator of unusually-good Weather, the Cranes were circling the Dog Park yesterday with their distinctive cries. 2x Groups of 50+ Birds. Being a tastefully-Recycled Gravel Pit w/lotsa Water, they like it as a Migratory stop.

The Ski Slopes of Telluride - way off in the distance in the Pic below - are claiming 240" [~6 Meters] of Snow thus far this Season. Good News for the dwindling CA Water Supply Runoff. Lake Mead, behind Hoover Dam, is/was down something like ~135' from max level. Just when you think Life is simple, it ain't. 'Early' Snow melt and Runoff means letting out more Water from Reservoirs to free up incoming Water Storage. This means Farmers don't get Water parsed out methodically throughout the Growing Season. This affects Crop Yields. And, Food Prices.

Dust blown in on the Jet Stream from W. China fell on these Mountains a few Years back. More Sunlight on dark, Solar-absorbing Dust meant earlier Snow Melt Runoff.
