That's exactly how I'm doing it Tiger. I'm not writing War and Peace or anything just doing as you, get the washing done, wash dishes, hopefully make bed, eat (best I can) and not push myself with an expectation that I must get EVERYTHING done. I try to not give myself a hard time when I retire to the couch because I am SOBER and in which case it's permissible. I need to retire! The sweats will be gone soon, so don't forget to hydrate.
