what jumped out at me in your posts is that these 30 days started in response to an intense event, as did your previous 68 days.
it might be helpful to you to take a good look at whether bad events in the past will be enough to deter you from picking up again when the memory fades of how scary that was.
if not (and going back after 68 days might just indicate that a real bad event wore thin)....then what?
