Jen ~ Is there any way you could use your boss' concern to take a few days off?
Perhaps some 'you' time to relax, walk amongst the wildflowers again, and maybe connect with some online AA friends?
Maybe even have a chat with your GP if you're up to it.

EDIT: I've just remembered that it's winter in the UK, so the wildflowers might be under a bit of snow right now.
