You decision to change sponsors and therapists is exactly what I would have advised. I have seen many relapses due to trauma work in early sobriety. It sounds like you are now in the hands of people who will understand trauma and addiction. Good job finding a solution, kiki. This isn't easy stuff!! But it appears to me that you are on the road to recovery.
