SoberDave999 I find breaking it down into smaller chunks helps me. A full 24 hours, or even 12 hour chunks is a lot to suffer through. Just focus on staying preoccupied until dinner. Then treat yourself to something yummy as a reward. Then do something productive for 2 hours, and maybe have a dessert as a reward. I find this makes the task of making it to the next checkpoint a bit less daunting.
