V, I don't mind being bombarded with suggestions. Even if I have tried them all, I never know when there might be an a-ha nugget I wasn't expecting. I'm hoping to see a hypnotherapist after the snow is over for the winter - have done self-hypnosis but am rusty and need some help to see if I can use it effectively for this. Previously I used it for pain management to avoid serious pain meds. It worked remarkably well!
