It is a good day to wake up sober and listen to Thelonius Monk with coffee. Being single and working on myself is important right now. Later I will study and play the piano then take a long walk. I can get better one day at a time. I am so glad to be seven months sober even though I have to look back and see how my drinking influenced so many poor decisions I made.
