Not that I know of Richey. It's pretty much up to your body to flush itself.
Just from reading your posts, since you've come here, if I was in your shoes, I'd clearly seek medical advice of some kind. At least ring the pharmacist, like Best said, if not a doctor. An ulcerated stomach is no fun by itself.
Add withdrawal to that, well...
