Two large king sized ones, a regular one, and one super soft and fluffy down pillow that I can manipulate and kind of wrap around the sides of my face. It is fluffy and cradles my face, making me feel a little more secure.
Yes, but you are still lying down and relatively still while sleeping in the dead of night. Getting up and moving around will help reduce the swelling.
