. Strat, I'm loving your cake tonight!! Yesterday I made a Red Velvet Cake. I always add to the boxed cake mix. So, I added Hershey's chocolate pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream, melted butter instead of oil, and a Ghiradelli 90% Cocoa bar all smashed up. Yeah, it's not Diabetic friendly...but it was so tasty!
