I had a bad feeling about them anyway, when I called and left a couple messages they neglected to get back to me, and are kind of I don't know... they really don't have it together. Yelp revealed some awful reviews too, last thing I need is an insensitive doctor.

Be careful with internet reviews, you'll generally find bad ones for just about everyone. Most people don't go out of their way to post good reviews either.
You could just go and see them too, it takes a long time to schedule said appointments. Remember that the person taking the appointment is not the doctor ;-)
