6 Weeks
I am now at 6 weeks sober. I have my next counseling session this Friday.
Surviving holiday season was not easy and I had many urges but I think keeping a relatively low profile and checking in here every day helped a ton.
2016 is going to be all about getting healthy and focusing on family. We can do this...one day at a time.
