Congratulations on staying sober, maybe consider talking to your doctor for a short term remedy to get you back into a regular sleeping schedule (they do this in the detox centers I have been in), I agree with the posts above, sometimes it just takes time.

What I did/still do although sleep is no longer an issue is walk my dog before bed or if it's too cold/storm, I meditate something I learned in a 28 day program, I find for me it clears my head so that when I lay my head down I have cleared the clutter. There are many online meditation video's, it takes or at least in my case took a lot of practice but once I learned how to use it, I find it really works well. I used to suffer from anxiety attacks even after being sober for months, meditation stopped those as I can do it anytime and anywhere, even at work while keeping focused at the task at hand.
