Thanks, Croissant, I wrote to Mark and copied the teacher saying I did not want to do that play, giving my reasons, and giving a couple of other suggestions. Mark said he understood and the teacher choose one of my suggestions as the other play had already been picked. So, I did what felt right for me. Mark hasn't said if he still wants to be scene partners, but it will all work out. I'm not going to apologize for my decision!
