I'm glad that you'll be on your turf for the gathering phoebe. When I see folks on tv that are beyond plastered it really bothers me. I don't like to see it. Maybe he'll eat more/drink less.
We've got plenty of Chinese restaurants around, I'm just never more adventurous than fried rice and sesame chicken. It's all too salty for me though. The way you described preparing your dumplings sounds really good....not sure that's what I'd get if I ordered them here. Varies I guess.
