I was drinking between 12 and 15,000 cals a week not to mention the unhealthy eating habits of skipping breakfast and lunch and then binging on junk when drunk. 2 weeks in, 3 meals a day, 2KG down. Another 5 or 6KG to go to reach my ideal weight but I reckon that will happen pretty much automatically as long as I stay off the booze.
