It has now comes to the end of day 1 today.
Going to bed sober....
When I wrote the first post, I was determined, strong, optimistic - I do want sobriety.
But now that it's the end of the day - a mixture of sadness, remorse, and anxiety is creeping in.
I'm just going to breathe...this too shall pass.
