LOL, Briar. Yes, a Kitchenaid. I got a Pro series this time. Old one was "artisan." I think I did too many double recipes that were overflowing. I've used/abused it a great deal over about 14 years. Perhaps I could get it repaired, but the cost of service would be 50% of the cost of a new one. There is a $50 rebate right now, on top of some cyber deals.
Funny, I do not use my cuisinart much at all. I find it annoying to clean.
