I'm having kind of a downer day myself. I did get myself out on a micro-mini run which helped a little.
I don't have a lot of structure in my life and can get down on myself and my life. Listing what I do productive always helps. Here are a couple highlights from my day:
-made a cherry bread pudding to use up stale bread
-gave my mom a haircut (Dad said she looked like a mad woman from borneo)
(I'm not much of a stylist but she couldn't look much worse)
-ran up the street after the morning snowfall
-ordered a really pretty hearth rug from Overstock
