Hey Strangeangel, don't beat yourself up over it, today's a new day. Even without having a terrible week, I came so close to caving yesterday that I ended up feeling physically ill from the battle, so no judgement or lectures from me. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on the wagon immediately. That is where I made my biggest mistake in '14, not admitting my mistake and letting that one day turn into 15 months.
