Just checking in. Long day. Just slowing down now at 8:50 pm and I've been going since early this morning. I'll write more tomorrow. I had a reasonable day but it was very draining and long, so I took a hot bath and will watch a favorite show on TV and hopefully get to sleep early. I forgot to take my mid-day dose of Campral and also had a brief wine craving between 4:00 and 5:00 pm, but I got through okay. Too busy to really drink, anyway! Okay, more tomorrow.
