Charlee- I have a fitbit too. I've been slacking on my steps lately. You all have given me motivation to get back to it. I love when I reach 10,000 steps and my little fitbit cheers for me. Exercise and being active really do help. Congrats on making it through the holiday and I'm glad you enjoyed your time with your parents.
Hang in there everyone. The crazy season...I mean Christmas season...is upon us. I'm determined to be sober and present for all of it.
