Hang in there, you're doing the right thing.. for me too it was very progressive at the end of my drinking career I was so freaking sick.. We've all been there it might be a bumpy road for a little while but it will get better soon.. It was impossible for me to stay clean with out AA.. You'll feel better after you go to a meeting, the folks in the room will be there for you. They will even come to to pick you if you call prob.. Amazing program!!
Try not to beat yourself up! It doesn't help.. Time to make a change for the better.. Think of those beautiful kids!!
