Day 3 for me was an absolute nightmare. I attempted to drive to my father-in laws (I've been driving there for 20+ years), and took wrong streets twice, which reflects my mental state.
Push through this, it will get better day by day. Early on it's a battle hour by hour, to be honest. You do not want to go through this hell again. Once is enough, then you never have to feel this again.
