If you are a person that finds routines and structure something you gravitate towards, the not drinking part of your day simply becomes part of the day. I agree with others, it doesn't have to be this big all out war with drinking, its just a new way of going about your day. I hope that is the case for you, and if it is, I wouldn't question it, just go with it and never look back.
