56 hours in. Last drink 11/3/15 at 5:00 pm. Disappointing & stressful day but just kept telling myself drinking is NOT an option & it won't make anything better! I've realized that I just don't know how to handle bad feelings. I need to work on that because I can't drink every time something makes me angry, stressed, anxious etc. I just do NOT like to not feel well emotionally! Anyone relate? Keep on keepin on!
