I'm not in a rush to get out (though if someone offered to take it off my hands I'd jump at the chance)--I like my neighborhood and my neighbors. I'll probably eventually have it fixed (more money--hopefully I'll recover something in the lawsuit) and sell at some point down the road.
It's just one of those low-level depressing THINGS that life throws at you sometimes. Lots of people are homeless, so I try to maintain perspective.
