About to drive home, I'm so hungry which is a huge trigger for me. But I'm going straight home and that's all there is to it. Making birthday dinner for my wonderful stepmother tonight. So no drinking. One day at a time.

Heading straight home is a good idea FABL - hope you had a nice night. I never really embraced the concept of "one day at a time", but I am going to this time around. I have always worried about events or days in the future and I think that just allows my AV to creep in? Anyway, glad you are back here with us
