Forabetterlife, I have seen that other people have said that they get sick (colds etc) . when they stop drinking. I would say don't worry about diet plan right now. Take care of your body. The diet can follow when you are well.
TL, glad you have a plan for a new meeting! That other one sounded a bit scary.
Last night was a bit strange...went to the cinema with my husband. It was weird to just get popcorn and coke. The weirdest, and I guess hardest part, was walking past the pub on our way out. We both sort of slowed down as we passed lol, but we made it past! After that it was OK.
Looking forward to a nice Saturday. Son's soccer game, then probably getting a few things done around the house, then movie at home with the kids!
