90 days was a huge milestone for me. I felt like I really turned a corner in regards to cravings and not drinking becoming my new normal. I still had some mood swings, but I definitely feel that by six months they were dissipating significantly and my sugar cravings were all but gone. I almost think all the sugar I was consuming in early sobriety was causing the mood swings. So happy for you. You should be very proud of this accomplishment. Early sobriety is really tough and the worst of it is behind you.
