Finding hope is hard when your'e using.
The Guilt and Shame overcome all thought's. Sharing your ESH is very important in recovery.
For some reason, I have found giving Hope to be the first thing, telling your story not a drunk-a-log but a heartfelt here is where I was, here is where I am now. That gives hope which is a energy that I cannot describe.
