I've a wife though and this past yr she had a hysterectomy. Basically had PMS for years, stayed anemic. It was so bad.
I'm a USMC vet, but PMS Probly kill me . Lol
Hugs to augustables. I'm in bed with a tens unit zapping my shoulders. Workings killing me.
