Awww! Hi!
Yeah it's really hard, I've been trying to quit since last nov- almost a year
But it's finally clicked with me, I'm done now.
What helped me the most was getting educated on alcoholism, I read a lot and post a lot here, so much info and support.
I had to change my thinking too, instead of feeling like I'm losing something, I feel like I'm gaining so much with sobriety.
I also got so exhausted with the start again, stop again process, I finally surrendered and embraced getting sober and making a new life; it's actually fun to restart as a sober person, relearning so many things; its hard, but worth every little battle.
Keep at it, over and over again, you'll get there- Rome wasn't built in a day
