Welcome back JS. Although your therapist isn't around all of the time, we are. Next time you feel weak, lean on us... post here before caving.
We all have times when we are bored, happy, sad, you name it and we have all had those times that trigger drinking.
You have the power to not act on those feelings. It takes a ton of will power and you've got to dig deep, but you absolutely can do it.
What you will get out of not drinking is worth every ounce of effort you put in.
Sorry about the circumstances that brought you back to SR, but I'm glad you found your way back.
