It was 1 week yesterday and I didn't even notice!
I still have my AV popping by to say hello a few times a day, but overall I'm eating and sleeping fine.
The anxiety is still crazy early in the morning and late at night. But it's not the panic kind of anxiety. It's more like I'm breathing faster, I feel tense and I want to eat 9 pounds of sugar kind of anxiety...annoying, but much better than panic anxiety
