Are you seeing bugs on your skin now? Surely that isn't part of BPD?
You have the AA symbol on your posts. Have you spoken to your sponsor about this? They may know of other resources in your local area that others in the fellowship have used. It could be worth a chat.
And I agree with Dee that 3-4 weeks is FAR too long.
