Brighter Days Ahead
Sober & feeling more & more comfortable in my skin ...
My ex's visit went well; we are on the mend & she'll be back down in 6 weeks...
Mom is starting to deal w\ dad's passing finally; after keeping it bottled up ..
My shrink & I seem to have my anxiety under control .... Still have attacks, but not as often & I'm dealing w\ them better. Now the physical pain I have to tackle.
But I'm sober & actually not depressed & looking forward to the day I'm back home w\ my girl & kitties !!!
