Not to be melodramatic, but none of the affairs can't wait a month. Then you'll really have all your ducks in a row.

I'd bet money you know some quality people who can help you out or wait a month for you.
If it's your children, they can wait a month too. You are giving them the gift of a sober and present parent.
^^^^^Exactly this. Until you are well, nothing else matters. I run a small business and my 72 year old father told me, "you aren't going to have a business to run if you don't spend a few days and get straight". And he was right.
