I needed to become honest with myself about my drinking and ACCEPT the fact I cannot any longer drink alcohol in safety one day at a time in a row. Void that and my life on earth is in jeopardy.
I needed to remember that alcohol for me is powerful, baffling cunning, insidious and the ISM is progressive for my lifetime.
I needed to come to terms with my disease which tells me I don’t have a problem and concentrate on not drinking.
