Finally, I had one of the deep, peaceful sleeps I enjoyed the first time I got sober.
Today is day 13. It is going to be stressful --lots of work and a meeting that promises to be contentious--but I know it'll be better sober.
. I think as the fog clears I'm tapping into a lot of feelings I've drowned with alcohol. They aren't all sunshine, but you have to take the good with the bad.
