For me, al anon was great at getting my feet underneath me. I'm in your shoes! Believe me. You would be shocked at what a common issue ours is. If only we could not be ashamed and just be honest with people lol.
Space is also good for sanity. I try to be really good to myself when he's drinking. I HIGHLY recommend Getting Them Sober by Toby RIce Drews. It has really helped me to figure out things here lately.
