Yeah its yoga based on the 12 steps. I have no idea. But I have an online friend who did the teacher training. You should just be able to google YSR12. I live in Idaho....if we have it, it should be anywhere
All I know is the guy that is the organizer of the meeting tonight put that in his bio. So we'll see. I'm guessing the YMCA has it....
